By attending Cur8tive events, you agree to:

Follow all venue rules and local laws

Act respectfully toward staff and other guests

Comply with safety guidelines

We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual for inappropriate behavior, without refund.

4. Tickets, Payments & Reservations

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated

Prices are subject to change without notice

Entry may be denied if event capacity is reached

Reserved tables or VIP sections must be claimed within the designated time or may be released

Some reservations may require deposits or service fees, which are non-refundable

5. Refund Policy

Tickets and reservations are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by Cur8tive

If an event is canceled, refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion

No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals

6. Media Release

By attending Cur8tive events, you grant permission for your image, likeness, and voice to be captured and used in:

Photos and videos

Marketing and promotional materials

Social media and advertisements

You waive any rights to compensation or ownership of such media.
